AIO HISTORY:
In 1988, Mr. In Kim founded AIO in Silicon Valley, California
and made a top quality remanufacturing center for SVG tracks
based on Total Solution Concepts.
In 1991and 1992, AIO received "Outstanding Vendor Awards"
from Motorola and National Semiconductor for their on time
delivery and quality services. AIO has installed more than
1800 tracks worldwide.
In 1996, AIO (WUXI) was founded in China to become
the best semiconductor equipment service company.
In 2003, AIO focused on WJ APCVD to be the second source of
parts and service
worldwide.
In 2004, AIO became the exclusive sales and service agent
for TAZMO (TOK) SOG tracks in China.
In 2005, AIO acquired the best SVG track software company,
NetTrack Technologies.
In 2005, AIO opened a Hi-Vacuum Repair Center in Texas.
In 2006, AIO developed DUNA Series tracks and installed
multiple systems world wide.
In 2007, AIO developed Slim 50 next generation evaporator
and displayed at Semicon China show.
In 2008, AIO became the Trazar
strategic partner for Non-Trazar RF Generator & Matche
repair service.
In 2008,AIO established extensive RF Generator&Match repair centers in USA and CHINA.
In 2009, AIO developed 8Ħħ DUNA 700 Plus Coater & Developer tracks which is claimed one of best linear tracks in the world.
In 2009, AIO installed multiple SECS-GEM software and controllers for TAZMO(SEMIX) SOG tracks to major fabs globally.
In 2010, AIO installed multiple recipe management software and temperature controller for Gasonics Aura 1000 Ashers to major fabs.
In 2010, AIO introduced aLinkM PUFFIN 700 high viscosity pump to the markets globally.
