Trazar Corporation is pleased to announce that it has entered into a strategic relationship agreement with AIO International Corp for repair of non-proprietary products. Under this agreement AIO International will be the exclusive licensee for repair, service and refurbishment of 3rd party RF generators and matching networks. AIO International specializes in remanufacturing, repair and refurbishment of semiconductor fabrication equipment for IC fabrication facilities. AIO International is headquartered in San Jose, CA with facilities in California, Texas, and a wholly-owned subsidiary in Wuxi, China.

The strategic relationship agreement is scheduled for implementation effective February 7, 2008.  To assure consistency of service to our loyal customers, Trazar personnel from the service group will transfer to AIO International’s facility in San Jose, CA. Trazar will also redirect all requests for repair of non-proprietary products to AIO International during the transition in the coming months to ensure that your repair needs are addressed promptly. You can count on the same commitment that we have shown to you and the needs of your organization.

Beginning February 7, 2008 please contact AIO International directly for repair of RF products that are not designed or manufactured by Trazar. ?The current backlog of products for the service group is being transferred to AIO International and will be shipped by AIO. If you have any questions please contact Trazar or AIO International customer service representatives at the number or email provided below.  AIO International will also be contacting you directly to answer any questions that you may have, and to facilitate setting up the new relationship.
