AIO is introducing a new, multi-level, Bronze, Gold and Platinum-Plus Service & Repair Program for the Applied Materials’, P5000 Series of RF Matching Networks. This program is being offered in response to Trazar Service customer’s overwhelming demand for multiple service levels on the industry’s most ubiquitous RF Matching unit series. Depending on the customer’s needs, these new Service & Repair programs include the following features:

P5000 Gold Service Plan:
AIO’s standard RF Match repair where the appropriate devices are replaced with genuine or equivalent replacement components. The RF Matching unit is then adjusted and tested to the original factory specifications and is returned to the customer with 12 months warranty.

T5000 Platinum-Plus Repair: Guarantee longest MTBF and 18 months warranty
This “top-of-the-line” service, repair and enhancement, starts with repairing the unit to the standard Bronze level repair. AIO then installs their proprietary RF technology to extend the functional life of the RF unit while maintaining the unit’s operation as being transparent to the plasma process. This new T5000 enhancement utilizes Trazar’s near 20 years of RF Match experience which allows AIO to rightfully claim the industry’s longest Mean-Time-Between-Failure (MTBF) in production RF Matching systems. This T5000 unit is then returned to the customer with 18 months.

Why T5000?

Due to Trazar’s 44 month MTBF, Fab customers had been asking for Trazar to obtain qualification of a Trazar Match on AMAT’s older P5000 Systems. (<6 Mo. MTBF)
Applied would not spend the money or resources to qualify a new Match for their older plasma systems.
In 2003, Trazar acquired the “Service” component of RF Services.
This Service team, with experience in repairing AMAT P5000 Matches, teamed up with Trazar’s RF engineering team.
Team Trazar then came up with a program for successfully replacing the key P5000 components that fail with Trazar proprietary components. The TRAZAR T5000 is born!

AIO will install Trazar's proven proprietary components, and guarantee the enhancement to be transparent to the semiconductor process.

The AIO (Trazar) T5000 Match enhancement can be applied to the following AMAT P5000, Centura, Endura RF Match models:
